Team Lead – Business Development
As Team Lead, Javier continues to help correctional facilities across the country by introducing agencies to classification and custody management solutions. After a facility has partnered with equivant Corrections, Javier continues the relationship by ensuring ongoing customer success.
Customer Success Manager
Joli serves as the Customer Success Manager at equivant Corrections. In her role, Joli works with agencies to identify goals around their use of the Northpointe Suite and has ongoing contact with them to provide support, education, and guidance—and ensure they maximize their investment.
Product Implementation Specialist
Priscilla serves as a Product Implementation Specialist at equivant Corrections. In her role, she is responsible for the beginning to end implementation of all software and works hand in hand with customers to manage integrations and timelines.
