The equivant Corrections team is looking forward to seeing you at the Florida Sheriffs 2023 Summer Conference in Tampa, FL on July 23-26! Undoubtedly, one of the topics of discussion will be the severe jail staffing crisis. As you know, a fully staffed corrections facility is paramount to streamlined operations, order, and the safety of staff and inmates. Today, the severe staffing shortage is impacting performance, morale, and so much more. Corrections professionals are fulfilling duties for multiple roles and are being pulled away from their mission-critical and role-specific tasks. This creates burnout and a potentially unsafe facility—one in which duties, processes, and procedures are sure to get skipped or missed. The backbone of corrections is its workforce and I’m eager to discuss solutions around this mounting staffing challenge; I’d love to continue the conversation with you when you stop by to see us at Booth #124. Scroll down for a quick 7-question survey. After completing the survey, you will be automatically entered to win a Wood and Metal Whiskey Dispenser! More importantly, we will gather some important data that I will share post-conference.

Please help us better understand the industry’s biggest staffing challenges by answering the below questions. We’re looking forward to continuing the conversation in Tampa!

Thank you so much for your participation,

– Greg Eash, Chief Operating Officer, equivant Corrections
